1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another with tracking details once it ships.

Please ensure your shipping details are correct we may not be able to make changes once the order is confirmed.
2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery after dispatch:

Metro cities: 3–5 business days

Rest of India: 5–7 business days

Remote areas: Up to 10 business days
Note: These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or events beyond our control.
3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly mentioned on our site.
4. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
5. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeline, please contact us at admin@mobysnuggles.com and we will assist you.

Once a package is handed over to the courier, title and risk of loss transfer to you. However, we will do our best to support in tracking or resolving courier issues.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
7. Incorrect Address
If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address, and the package is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
8. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please:

Take clear photos of the package and product.

We will evaluate and make it right.
