Are Moby clothes safe for newborns?
Yes, every piece is made from 100% GOTS-certified organic muslin cotton, gentle enough for a baby’s first touch.

Why does the color look slightly different in person?
Natural fabrics and different screens can show shades a little differently, though we aim for true-to-life photos.

How do I care for Moby clothing?
Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle, line dry in shade, and avoid harsh detergents. Our fabrics get softer with every wash.

Orders & Address

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if you reach out within 6 hours of placing your order. Once it’s shipped, changes may not be possible.

I entered the wrong delivery address. What now?
Please email us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we will update it. After dispatch, rerouting may not be possible.

What if my order hasn’t reached me yet?
Check your tracking details. If it’s delayed beyond the expected timeline, email us at admin@mobysnuggles.com and we will help.

Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we deliver across India, straight to your doorstep.

Do you ship outside India?
Not yet, we currently only deliver within India.

How long will it take for my snuggles to arrive?

  • Metro cities: usually 3–5 business days

  • Other locations: 5–7 business days

  • Remote pin codes: up to 10 business days

What payment methods do you accept?
All major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and trusted wallets.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes, available for select pin codes (you will see the option at checkout).

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, you have 7 days from delivery to request a return/exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact.

How do I start a return?
Email us at admin@mobysnuggles.com with your order number. Our team will guide you with the next steps.

How long will my refund take?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and approve your return.

Can I exchange sizes?
Yes, the quickest way is to return the item and place a new order for the size/color you want.
