Return & Exchange Policy

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at admin@mobysnuggles.com so we can evaluate and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to place a new order once your return is accepted. Refunds/store credits will be processed for the returned item as per policy.

Note: Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the issue is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
