Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Delivery timelines:

    • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

    • Rest of India: 5–7 business days

  • You will receive tracking details via email/SMS once your order has been dispatched.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • Tags and original packaging must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt/email confirmation) is required.

Not Eligible for Return

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items damaged due to improper care

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at admin@mobysnuggles.com so we can evaluate and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to place a new order once your return is accepted. Refunds/store credits will be processed for the returned item as per policy.

Refund Timeline

  • Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds are credited back to your original payment method.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at admin@mobysnuggles.com with your order details.

  2. We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

  4. Please ship your return to:

Note: Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the issue is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
